ข้อมูลการใช้บริการ: ประวัติการสั่งซื้อ, ยอดเครดิต, สลิปการโอนเงิน
ข้อมูล LINE: LINE User ID (สำหรับส่งการแจ้งเตือน)

We collect the following data to provide our services:

Parent information: Name, phone number, email, LINE ID
Delivery addresses: Address, district, subdistrict, postal code, GPS coordinates, recipient name and phone
Child information: Nickname, date of birth, food allergy information
Service usage: Order history, credit balance, payment transfer slips
LINE data: LINE User ID (for sending notifications)

Checking allergy information for your child's safety
Improving service quality and developing new menu items
Complying with applicable laws and regulations

3 การแบ่งปันข้อมูลData Sharing

เราอาจแบ่งปันข้อมูลของท่านกับบุคคลที่สามในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น:

LINE Corporation: LINE User ID for sending notifications via LINE Messaging API
Supabase (server and database provider): All data is stored on Supabase cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security measures

We do not sell, trade, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

The database uses Row Level Security (RLS) to restrict data access
We do not store credit or debit card information. Payments are processed through secure provider channels (LINE Pay, bank transfer)
Access to customer data is restricted to authorized staff only

5 ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษาข้อมูลData Retention

เราเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตราบเท่าที่บัญชียังใช้งานอยู่ เมื่อท่านร้องขอปิดบัญชี ข้อมูลจะถูกเก็บรักษาต่อไปอีก 1 ปี เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางบัญชีและกฎหมาย หลังจากนั้นจะถูกลบออกจากระบบอย่างถาวร We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. When you request account closure, data will be retained for an additional 1 year for accounting and legal purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted.
