1 ข้อตกลงทั่วไปGeneral Agreement

การใช้บริการ My Little Boss (มายลิตเติ้ลบอส) ไม่ว่าจะผ่านเว็บไซต์ mylittleboss.kitchen, แอปพลิเคชัน LINE หรือช่องทางอื่นใด ถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดที่ระบุไว้ในหน้านี้ หากท่านไม่ยอมรับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ กรุณาหยุดใช้บริการ By using My Little Boss services, whether through the website mylittleboss.kitchen, the LINE application, or any other channel, you agree to all terms and conditions stated on this page. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the service.

2 บริการของเราOur Services

My Little Boss ให้บริการจัดส่งอาหารปรุงสดโดยเชฟมืออาชีพ สำหรับอายุ 1 ปีขึ้นไป ทานได้ทั้งครอบครัว ใช้วัตถุดิบสะอาดปลอดภัย ส่งทั่วประเทศไทย ระบบการชำระเงินเป็นแบบเครดิตเติมเงินล่วงหน้า (Prepaid Credit) My Little Boss provides daily chef-prepared meal delivery for age 1 and up — suitable for the whole family. We use clean, safe ingredients and deliver nationwide across Thailand. Payment is via a prepaid credit system.

3 การสมัครสมาชิกRegistration

ท่านต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบันในการสมัครสมาชิก
หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ 1 เบอร์ สามารถลงทะเบียนได้ 1 บัญชีเท่านั้น
ผู้สมัครต้องมีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป
ท่านมีหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี และแจ้งให้เราทราบทันทีหากพบการใช้งานที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
One phone number can only be registered to one account.
You must be at least 18 years old to register.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4 ระบบเครดิตCredit System

ระบบ My Little Boss ใช้การเติมเงินล่วงหน้า (Prepaid Credit) เพื่อสั่งอาหาร
เครดิตโบนัสจะได้รับตามแพ็กเกจที่เลือก
เครดิตมีอายุการใช้งานตามที่ระบุไว้ตอนซื้อแพ็กเกจ
เครดิตที่หมดอายุแล้วไม่สามารถใช้ได้ ระบบจะแจ้งเตือนล่วงหน้า 7 วันก่อนหมดอายุ
เครดิตไม่สามารถโอนให้ผู้อื่นได้
เครดิตไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้

My Little Boss uses a prepaid credit system for ordering meals.
Bonus credits are given according to the selected package.
Credits have an expiration period as specified at the time of purchase.
Expired credits cannot be used. The system will notify you 7 days before expiration.
Credits are non-transferable to other accounts.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

5 การสั่งอาหารOrdering

ต้องสั่งอาหารล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วันทำการ
เมนูอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามความพร้อมของวัตถุดิบ โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
การแจ้งข้อมูลภูมิแพ้อาหารของบุตรหลานเป็นหน้าที่ของผู้ปกครอง กรุณาตรวจสอบและอัปเดตข้อมูลให้เป็นปัจจุบันเสมอ
ออเดอร์ที่ยืนยันแล้วจะหักเครดิตจากวอลเล็ตโดยอัตโนมัติ

Orders must be placed at least 1 business day in advance.
Menu items may change based on ingredient availability. We will notify you in advance of any changes.
It is the parent's responsibility to provide and keep allergy information up to date.
Confirmed orders will automatically deduct credits from your wallet.

6 การจัดส่งDelivery

จัดส่งโดย Lalamove ผู้ให้บริการขนส่งมืออาชีพ
ค่าจัดส่งคิดตามพื้นที่ สามารถตรวจสอบได้ที่หน้า จัดส่ง
ต้องมีผู้รับอาหารที่จุดจัดส่ง หากไม่มีผู้รับ ผู้ขนส่งจะติดต่อตามเบอร์ที่ระบุไว้
อาหารเป็นอาหารสดสำหรับเด็ก ควรนำเข้าตู้เย็นทันทีที่ได้รับ (เก็บที่อุณหภูมิต่ำกว่า 5 องศาเซลเซียส)

Delivery is provided by Lalamove, a professional courier service.
Delivery fees vary by area. You can check your fee on the Delivery page.
Someone must be available to receive the delivery. If no one is present, the driver will contact the number on file.
Meals are fresh children's food and should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt (store below 5 degrees Celsius).

7 การยกเลิกและคืนเงินCancellation & Refunds

ยกเลิกออเดอร์ก่อนเวลา 17:00 ของวันก่อนจัดส่ง จะได้รับเครดิตคืนเต็มจำนวน
หลังจากตัดรอบ (17:00 วันก่อนจัดส่ง) ไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนเครดิตได้
กรณีพิเศษ เช่น อาหารมีปัญหาหรือจัดส่งผิดพลาด สามารถติดต่อทีมงานผ่าน LINE OA @mylittleboss

Orders cancelled before 17:00 the day before delivery will receive a full credit refund.
After the cutoff time (17:00 the day before delivery), cancellations and refunds are not available.
For special cases such as food quality issues or delivery errors, please contact us via LINE OA @mylittleboss.

8 ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบLimitation of Liability

My Little Boss ไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีที่ผู้ปกครองไม่แจ้งข้อมูลภูมิแพ้อาหารของบุตรหลาน หรือแจ้งข้อมูลไม่ครบถ้วน
อาหารของเราออกแบบสำหรับเด็กทั่วไปที่มีสุขภาพดี ไม่ใช่อาหารเฉพาะโรคหรืออาหารทางการแพทย์
หากบุตรหลานมีอาการแพ้อาหารรุนแรง หรือมีภาวะทางสุขภาพพิเศษ กรุณาปรึกษาแพทย์ก่อนใช้บริการ

My Little Boss is not liable when parents fail to disclose or incompletely disclose their child's food allergies.
Our meals are designed for generally healthy children and are not medical or therapeutic food.
If your child has severe food allergies or special health conditions, please consult a doctor before using our service.

9 การแก้ไขข้อกำหนดAmendments

My Little Boss สงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ได้ตลอดเวลา การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบผ่าน LINE OA @mylittleboss การใช้บริการต่อหลังจากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดใหม่ My Little Boss reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via LINE OA @mylittleboss. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10 กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับGoverning Law

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจะอยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลไทย These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
